JELD-WEN of Canada Brings Light to Ronald McDonald House in Regina

At JELD-WEN of Canada, we are honoured to play a role in the construction of the new Ronald McDonald House in Regina, a facility designed to provide comfort, care, and support for families during some of life’s most challenging moments. This incredible project will serve as a home away from home for families with children receiving medical treatment, ensuring they have a safe and welcoming space close to Regina General Hospital.

The Government of Saskatchewan has contributed $6.5 million toward this initiative, helping to make this vision a reality. Once completed, the house will feature 20 bedrooms, a fully equipped communal kitchen, a vibrant children’s playroom, and an inviting outdoor play space, creating an environment where families can find peace and strength together. Construction began in March 2025, and the facility is expected to open its doors in early 2027, offering families across the province a place of comfort during difficult times.
